HOW DOES IT WORK?

Feel free to drop us a line.  We'd love to chat with you and learn about you and your business and whatever expectations or hesitations you have about outsourcing your post-production.   We'd like for our relationship to be less buyer/seller and more of a partnership.

First thing's first.  Click the MY ACCOUNT button, fill out the form, and we're ready to get started.

We like to edit your photos as close to how you do as possible.  The first step of that process is filling out the Style Survey.  After you have created an account and are logged in, you can access the Style Survey link on your account page.

Once you're all signed up, we'll create an FTP account for you and email you the login information that you'll need.  

When you're ready to submit your first order, make sure that you're logged in and click on the ORDER FORM link on your account page.  Any notes you may have that are specific to that job can be included in the form.

Our preferred file type for color correction is Smart Previews and our preferred method of upload is via FTP.  If you're not familiar with how to use FTP, fear not!  There is a link to a handy, easy to follow PDF to help you out.
